This specialty coffee is born from beans cultivated under an agroecological system by local farming families in Mexico, following Fair Trade principles. 100% of the profits from this bag are transferred directly to Nemr as a continuous, dignified, and direct sustainable income for the 8-member family of our dear friend Nemr's family in Gaza. Our Vision
For a long time in Gaza, preparing a cup of coffee hasn’t been just a daily ritual—it has been an act of survival. In the middle of destruction, when everything around you tries to take away your dignity and your peace, boiling water and the simple aroma of roasting coffee become a quiet statement: I am still here. My spirit has not surrendered.
There were days when worries were only as big as a cup, and dreams were as vast as a clear sky. Today, the steam rising from my pot carries the memory of those times, but also the strength to endure the present. In Gaza, even coffee tastes like resilience mixed with pain.
This project is not just about coffee. This coffee is my bridge. It crossed borders and oceans to reach you, bringing a piece of my blue sky, my daily hope, and a story that refuses to be erased. Through a sovereign partnership rooted in brotherhood, every single bean is cultivated organically by the local farming family Montes de Oca in Mexico, and every single bag supports my family's sovereignty and future back home.
With every warm sip you take, you are not just drinking a cup of coffee. You are standing with my family, sharing a smile across the miles, and building a bridge to a safer, more dignified tomorrow.
